Urban Residency Art & Design Collective: upcoming projects

Urban Residencies Art & Design Collective take place in different cities in Italy and the content of each residency is reflected in the specific cultures from which these cities are known. These residences provide an intensive immersion in studio practice and project development, lead by professional leaders in accordance to each program, in Design, Architecture, and Art within the surroundings of historical sites from Antiquity, Renaissance, Baroque to Modernity. Three residencies are located in Milan the “Capital of Design” and range in focus from Illustration, Fashion Design, Graphic Design. The fourth residency takes place in Palermo, Sicily and is designed as an interdisciplinary dialogue within art/design/architecture and the city fabric as a dynamic laboratory. At the conclusion of each Residency is an exhibition or site-specific installation within the local community.
